“Clotting” everywhere!

I lost 17-18 kg in two years since April, 8 2024. They are calling it virus, terminal cancer when it simply has been heart attack. Today, April, 8 2026 - exactly two years afterwards - I’m looking at these “small balls” that medically is correctly called “thrombosis”. The correct explanation of my interminable series of admissions in Emergency Room - for shortness of breath, low blood pressure, weakness and chest pain (angina and dyspnea). Independently from what hospitals say (for obvious but not comprehending reasons: nothing. Just anxiety and stress) - it actually represents what’s happening in my blood. Full of small thrombosis circulating in my blood. Think about if any of these ones should reach my heart again, this time, less strong and healthy despite two years ago. It is accompanying me through a series of buzzing, humming - persistent noise - into my ears - after the last medication injected into my vessels in Melfi (italy). According to @MayoClinic‬ it doesn’t represent a good sign - considering my past heart disease history. There’s something that actually is going on and anyone - above all doctors and cardiologists - don’t want to take the responsibility to write it on a piece of paper called “medical check”. I’m claiming to you all, good and bad ones, I hope sooner or later what’s happening to me - will come back 10x. It wasn’t a coincidence that day - and until today it isn’t.

Medically, it’s called “clotting” and the more time is going away, the more i feel worse. Symptoms grow up and anyone is helping me, even in diagnosing it, only! This sum of actions represent a list of crimes (committed by a state called Italy against a single individual called citizen when it makes them feel comfortable and from which take advantages and stateless when the hereby isn’t necessary, essential for their interests). My blood changed and I never suffered it earlier. My brain isn’t working well as well. My body doesn’t fully answer me like it should.

To whoever may interest. This is Italy! This the country that is taking advantage of my person committing daily crimes, not only in Italy - but especially abroad, under every kind of field, area.

Everyone knows what happened (fortunately), having visited and admitted in several foreign emergency rooms, as you can see in the last picture attached, unless me. The direct interested.
