Assumption: I always strongly believed in official sheets - signed and authorized. They are the only legal proof about something/someone! All the residual and superficial concerns are just talks, opinions.
I attach some pictures, screenshots demonstrating the truth - undeniable.
1)There’s no trace. No connections and no legal proofs about me and my relatives with mafia. My criminal conviction and no active cases on my own are an undeniable proof. Until, someone could demonstrate officially the opposite I am not supposed to be accused, investigated or kept prisoned for legal and criminal concerns. The helpful extract and resume of how it works in Italy by using ChatGpt make my thought clearer and concise.
2) Article 2 Freedom of movement and Article 5 - Right to liberty and security of the EU convention strengthen my thesis about what’s actually happening in my life. Adding to the previous ones, the Article 1 Prot 4 - Prohibition of imprisonment for debts - as a previous entrepreneur but even valid for my strictest family members and the lack of any legal concern about any kind of health disease (hundreds of pages to support it ) including severe infectious or viral diseases and especially no concerns about any other exception to keep a EU citizen prisoned in the own origin country (sons with active disputes or legal issue with the country itself) - let me definitely close all these brackets once forever. There’s no evidences - declared officially - through legal documents - signed by authorities, judges, and governmental officers. For Italian authorities - I am perfectly sane, healthy and no guilty of any crimes. Clear as they evidence in the attachment.
My lifetime is running away, opportunities, chances and ambitions too. I avoid to list, again, the series of violations executed by this country against an individual on which there’s nothing wrong. I lost money, opportunities, years (a lot and not reimbursable), friendships and bonds for any reason! What’s wrong with me, Italy?! I am anxious to get a responsive answer as quickly as possible! Many colleagues have developed exceptional skills, enjoyed awesome moments and shared beautiful family memories despite me. I deserve, immediately, an answer, officially though!
Therefore, skipping gossip, TVs talks and socials misinformations - may I have a clear reason to explain what’s wrong with me ?! Why every time I left this country thousands of people, cameras and hundreds of euros flew up behind me to follow my activities abroad discriminating my chances to get a job, open a business or simply get in touch with new people?
I deserve an explanation and above all an immediate unlocking of my current status. It’s tremendously frustrating (with all these papers and documents among my hands) and pointless what’s going on. I am seriously going out of mind for something that shouldn’t neither exist in civilized and democratic countries. I am a victim of an hidden system that doesn’t own any trace of I previously mentioned. Time is gone away - people, in the meantime, caught all I could think and elaborated across these years (ideas, ambitions, attempts to discover or create something skipping for a while, again, how many attacks and murder attempts i received, personally - physically and on internet).
Waiting for a definitive clarification, once forever, this time though.
