TRUTH VS “System” - Report of my heart failure

• The first image represents my current and real” conditions - approximately 10<EF<20 based on my symptoms, fatigue and effort to do daily and ordinary tasks.

• The rest of the images represent what the “system” let me believe it is.

I hope it could be useful for Police, Courts and Justice if a day, not too late since today, might be eligible to start a process for all the events begun in April, 2024 before my heart stops definitely to beat and obviously impossible to diagnose the real EF. (Honestly, they are pointing to it)
